How to make Japanese Broth

With Katsuobushi (Dried bonito flakes)-

With Konbu(Kelp)-

With Shiitake mushroom(Dried)-

With Niboshi(Dried baby anchovies and sardines)-

With combination of two or more above-

With instant powder-please use the ones with no MSG.  This is not that great compare to ones that we have made above. However, it is handy and convenient when you are in a hurry ;)
